Danielle is a British artist specialising in superfine detailed pastel work. Her artworks combine a delicate realism with emotive everyday subjects often evoking feelings of nostalgia, joy and contemplation. Her work has recently gained recognition with selection for The British Art Prize, the BTA Rising star award & a third year running finalist in the prestigious David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year Exhibition.

Working in pastel Danielle pushes people’s perception and expectations of pastel with her attention to detail. Her work was shown in this year’s Pastel Society annual show at The Mall Galleries.

Having previously been a toy designer at Lego and working in product design agencies for many years, creating memorable connections between objects and people and her love for story telling is evident in her work.
